GCP Hardware/Software Requirements

To use Good Clinical Practice online training, please be sure to have the following hardware/software:

• Web Browser—Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) v 5.5 Service Pack 2; Netscape Navigator v. 6.0
• Plug-Ins—Macromedia Shockwave Player v 7.x; Macromedia Flash Player 6.0
• Screen Resolution—800x600
• Drivers—Sound and video drivers appropriate to computer model and O/S
• Adobe Acrobat Reader v 4.x3
• Connection Speed—At least 28.8 kpbs
• Firewall Access—Allow access to EduNeering and Macromedia Web sites. Allow Shockwave ActiveX objects to pass
• Browser Settings: Content Advisor disabled. Active scripting (JavaScript) enabled. Cookies enabled. "Enable to Install On Demand" disabled before installing Shockwave (IE v. 5.x). Do not save to encrypted pages to disk.
• Compressed graphics disabled
