Click here to fill out the online form. Nominate a candidate who you feel would benefit from ACRP or APPI. Submit the nomination form. Your name will then be entered into a drawing to qualify for one of the amazing prizes listed below. To be valid, an entry must nominate an individual who is not an ACRP or APPI member and has not been a member within the last 12 months. Should you wish to nominate individuals using a form you can mail, please request a form from andrea@acrpnet.org.
The nominating member must provide valid nominee contact information, or entry will be disqualified. Enter as often as you like, but each entry must be based on a different nominee’s name. Duplicate entries from the same entrant will be disqualified. Your name will be included in various communications to membership including, but not limited to, The Monitor and ACRP website.
