Innovation in Workforce Development Award

Merck, known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, is the recipient of ACRP’s 2020 Innovation in Workforce Development Award.

Merck won the 2020 Innovation in Workforce Development Award among a field of finalists that also included Wilmington, NC-based FuseCR and Medical University of South Carolina.

Merck was recognized for its innovative program leveraging volunteer hours that allow Merck staff to educate students about the field of clinical research, as well as its integrated intern-to-hire program.

About the ACRP Innovation in Workforce Development Award

This annual award is the first in clinical research to recognize organizations who exemplify the spirit of creativity and innovation through adaptation, improvement, or development of new processes or tools that result in improvement in workforce development quality.

Submissions for the 2021 Innovation in Workforce Development Award will be accepted early in 2021.
