The Association of Clinical Research Professionals

Leadership & Governance

ACRP Board

ACRP governance leadership is provided by a volunteer-based, member-elected Board of Trustees which has the responsibility to carry out the objectives and purposes of the Association. Trustees serve a minimum term of two years with the option to be re-elected for three consecutive terms.

Diversity Advisory Council

The Diversity Advisory Council (DAC) is a group of industry leaders who serve as a volunteer resource supporting ACRP’s efforts to increase diversity in the clinical research workforce. DAC members recommend strategies to recruit and retain outstanding, high-quality clinical research professionals and students from historically underrepresented groups.

ACRP Committees

ACRP’s volunteer-based committees are integral to the development of, and progression toward, long-term Association goals. Committee members generally serve a term of two years with the option to be re-appointed for two consecutive terms.

ACRP Bylaws

ACRP operates under a set of bylaws that define the Association’s organizational structure and policies under which the Board of Trustees, chapters, and committees operate.

Financial Statements

ACRP elects to post audited financial statements, as well as any attestation letters provided by its auditors, on an annual basis for member review. This information is available to active ACRP Members only.

The Academy

The Academy of Clinical Research Professionals is an independent affiliate of ACRP who administers ACRP Certification programs. Academy leadership is provided by a volunteer-based, member-elected Board of Trustees.
