Chapter Event Support Request
This form is required for an ACRP Chapter requesting content approval for contact hours, assistance with contact hour management, and/or registration support. Note that this form has recently changed and is designed to collect what is needed depending on the type of event you're holding.
Depending on your selections in the Required Information portion of the form below, you will be asked to complete up to 3 sections:
- Section I - Request for Educational Content Approval for Contact Hours
- Section II - Request for ACRP Contact Hour Management
- Section III - Request for Online Registration Support
Chapters are strongly encouraged to plan ahead for upcoming events, submitting your content for review a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event date, to allow for ample time for approval and promotion of your event. Once submitted, please allow up to 2 weeks for review and processing.
