Session Replay Expires July 22, 2023.

This three-part, live, online workshop series provides tools that will empower you to present a Virtually Perfect Presence, become a Virtually Perfect Communicator, and manage a Virtually Perfect Team in the new normal of conducting business during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.

All sessions will be recorded and made available to attendees within 7-10 business days of the session.

Part 1—”Virtually Perfect Presence”

Don’t you love the way you look on camera? Isn’t it strange to talk to your computer screen? Would you like to create a virtually perfect presence? This session will be all about you. Learn the skills you need to show your executive presence during all your online engagements. We know you are ready to shine.

Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:

  1. Use correct vocal and verbal strategies to deliver your messages more clearly and effective.
  2. Identify the most effective communication styles during the new normal.
  3. Learn tricks to make you look better on camera.

Part 2—”Virtually Perfect Communication”

Communication has been touted as the most challenging human problem. Even when we communicate face to face the message might be missed. Now add the complexity of social distancing and a virtual work environment and the game is on. You’ve got this! After all, you are a Virtually Perfect Leader. This session will empower you to become a virtually perfect communicator in every possible way.

Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:

  1. Identify the best way to communicate in different situations.
  2. Leverage communication to improve and motivate team performance.
  3. Enhance your own leadership communication skills

Part 3—”Virtually Perfect Teams”

For many, working virtually was that far out fantasy that everyone thought would be so cool. The reality is that it has its pros and cons. Some people love it and others find it challenging. Moreover, leading a virtual team has its own challenges: How do you help your team adapt? How do you get the best out of them? How do you help them thrive, be satisfied and highly productive? This session will focus on empowering you to create a virtually perfect team.

Upon completion of this session, attendees should be able to:

  1. Exercise specific emotional intelligence principles to keep team members engaged and productive.
  2. Incorporate online collaboration and celebrations to keep morale high.
  3. Help your team focus on prioritizing, time management and shutting it down at the end of the day.
