  • Plan to arrive at the testing center 30 minutes before your scheduled exam time.
  • Review the testing center FAQ’s on the exam site for answers to commonly asked questions.
  • You should familiarize yourself with the testing environment and check-in process by watching this brief video from PSI.
  • Double-check your exam time (AM/PM, time zone).
  • Break Policy*: A single (optional) 10-minute break will be provided at the midpoint of the exam. Once the break begins, you will not be permitted to return to the first section of the exam. The exam timer will pause during the break, and you are required to return within the allotted 10 minutes. Failure to return on time will result in termination of the exam and a $100 missed appointment fee will be required to reschedule. *Does not apply to ACRP-PM or ACRP-MDP.
  • Candidates must present TWO (2) forms of proper identification (ID) containing their legal name in English and a signature.

  • Review all technical requirements, including browser, operating system, internet bandwidth, webcam, etc. Test takers who are unable to launch the exam due to device issues may incur additional fees.
  • Starting October 14, 2025, PSI will no longer support:
    • Windows 10 (as Microsoft ends support)
