ASCRT Scholarships help aspiring clinical researchers access the education and training needed for a successful career. Available to students pursuing associate, undergraduate, or graduate degrees in clinical research programs, these scholarships help reduce financial barriers and create pathways into the clinical research workforce.
Career Entry Pathway
Designed for students enrolled in associate or undergraduate programs who are pursuing a career in clinical research, this scholarship provides financial support for foundational education and training in the field. By helping ease the financial burden of academic and professional development, the scholarship supports aspiring clinical research professionals as they prepare for successful careers and meaningful contributions to the advancement of clinical research.
Three $5,000 scholarships will be awarded. The deadline to apply is December 2, 2026.
Professional Growth Pathway
Designed for students enrolled in graduate-level programs in clinical research, this scholarship provides financial support for advanced education and training in the field. By helping ease the financial burden of continued academic and professional development, the scholarship supports recipients as they build on their existing knowledge and experience, strengthen their leadership potential, and contribute to the advancement of clinical research.
One scholarship of $5,000 will be awarded. The deadline to apply is December 2, 2026.
ACRP Certification is the clinical research profession’s most recognized credential for demonstrating competency, knowledge, and commitment to excellence. Earning an ACRP Certification validates your ability to conduct clinical research safely, ethically, and in alignment with ICH guidelines while distinguishing you as a trusted professional in the field.
To help make certification more accessible, the ACRP Certification Scholarship provides financial support for individuals pursuing one of ACRP’s flagship credentials: ACRP-CP®, CCRA®, CCRC®, or CPI®. The scholarship covers the certification application, exam, comprehensive exam preparation package, and one year of ACRP membership, helping reduce financial barriers to professional advancement while supporting a more diverse and inclusive clinical research workforce.
Ten $1,200 scholarships will be awarded. The deadline to apply is December 2, 2026.
The ACRP Continuing Education Grant provides $2,000 to help clinical research professionals access the education, connections, and career development opportunities available at the ACRP 2027 Annual Conference, April 30 – May 3, 2027, in San Diego. Recipients will learn from industry experts, engage with peers from across the clinical research community, and gain valuable insights at the profession’s premier education and networking event.
The grant covers ACRP 2027 conference registration (a $999 value) and includes a travel stipend of up to $1,000 to help offset transportation and lodging expenses.
Ten $2,000 grants will be awarded. The application deadline is December 2, 2026.
Applicants may apply for only one ACRP scholarship or grant per year. If applications are submitted to more than one program, ACRP reserves the right to disqualify the applicant from all scholarship and grant opportunities. ACRP will notify all applicants of their status via email no later than February 27, 2027.
Scholarship and grant application reviewers will make every effort to avoid conflicts of interest by recusing themselves from the evaluation of any applicant known to them personally.
