Clinical research professionals from diverse backgrounds are invited to submit their interest to help plan and support the educational programming for ACRP’s Annual Conference.
Before starting the application, you MUST create an ACRP Account. ACRP Membership is required to participate. An ACRP Certification is preferred but not required. The deadline to apply is May 15, 2026.
CAWG RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Call for Proposals and Session Selection Process (Mid to Late Summer)
- Review and provide input on the Call for Proposals guidelines and submission process
- Review and provide input on the grading matrix
- Review and grade submitted proposals
- Discuss the session finalists and provide recommendations to ACRP staff.
- Before the Annual Conference (Fall to Spring)
- Interface with assigned speakers to provide support and resources
- Review of slides to adherence to presentation guidelines
- During the Annual Conference (Late April/Early May)
- Attend the ACRP Annual Conference (at least, bi-annually). Conference registration fees are waived by ACRP.
- Serve as a room monitor and assist the speakers onsite
- Attend a CAWG debrief meeting to share feedback and suggestions for improvement
- After the Annual Conference (May/June)
- Review summary of conference demographics and evaluation survey results.
- Provide additional input on your experiences and discuss changes/additions for the following year.
