Continuing Involvement is a way of making sure that CPIs are still involved in clinical research in a meaningful way. Continuing Involvement is participation in a capacity other than learning. The certificant can be attending a meeting, serving/volunteering, presenting information, or providing oversight. Continuing Involvement activities are:
- Always related to your role in clinical research.
- Sometimes required as part of one’s position.
- Required for CPIs.
CPIs MUST submit at least 12 points from the Continuing Involvement Activities list below. CI activities must be listed online through the “My Contact Hours” Quicklink.
