ACRP 2025 will take place during the first weekend of the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival, a cultural feast that welcomes 400,000 visitors to the city. Jazz Fest is one of the most popular events in New Orleans and there will be a high demand for hotel rooms during ACRP 2025, so we strongly advise making your hotel reservations at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans as soon as possible. Many Festgoers book their rooms, and travel plans one year in advance. Please note, you do not need to register for the conference before making a hotel reservation. You’re welcome to register after you’ve secured your hotel room.
