The Academy of Clinical Research Professionals (The Academy) is an independent affiliate of ACRP responsible for administration of ACRP Certification exams.
ACADEMY MISSION
Promote and maintain high standards and best practices of clinical research by recognizing those professionals who demonstrate a well-defined competency through valid and reliable credentialing programs.
Academy Board of Trustees
Academy leadership is provided by a volunteer-based, member-elected Board of Trustees. Trustees serve a minimum term of three years, and can be re-elected for one additional three-year term. Board elections are held annually.
Academy Annual Exam Reports
The Academy each year publishes an annual report on Certification examination performance.
Academy Committees
The Academy thrives on the dedicated support of its certificants who volunteer to strengthen the organization at all levels.
Academy Item Writers
An Item Writer is a trained, currently certified (CCRA, CCRC, CPI, or ACRP-CP) content expert writing items for one of the four Academy Certification exams.
Academy Policy Manual
The Academy establishes, enforces, and periodically reviews policies and procedures related to certification and challenges to certification decisions.
