ACRP’s new Entry-Level CRC Competency Development and Assessment Roadmap facilitates the standardized onboarding, training, and competency development of new CRCs – enabling greater consistency in expectations, career guidance, and performance quality.

This practical, application-based document helps support:

  • Prioritization of competencies that entry-level CRCs should focus on within their first year of work.
  • Understanding of which are the most important competencies for entry-level CRCs and how those competencies can be developed.
  • Systematic competency development planning and tracking.

Organizational Uses

This resource is a “one-stop-shop” to document the competency development, assessment, and achievement activities for entry-level CRCs.

  • Facilitate standardized onboarding, training, and competency development of new CRCs.
  • Enable structured performance assessment / quality assurance review by CRC managers.
