Beginning July 15, 2026, the ICH E6(R3) Guideline for Good Clinical Practice will replace E6(R2) across all ACRP examinations. On August 12, 2026, updated Practice Exams with questions based on ICH E6(R3) will be available for purchase.

Exam Content Outlines (ECO)

The Examination Content Outline (ECO) serves as the blueprint for each certification exam. Exam questions are developed from the knowledge and tasks defined in the ECO, so reviewing it can help candidates identify topics that may appear on the exam and assess areas where additional preparation may be needed.
