Chapter Event Support Request Form
This form is required for any ACRP Chapter requesting event support for ACRP-approved contact hours, registration support, and/or event promotion.
Chapters are strongly encouraged to plan ahead for upcoming events. To allow for ample time for approval and promotion of your event, please submit your event request and event materials a minimum of one month prior to your event date. Once submitted, please allow 1.5-2 weeks for review and processing.
