Building Your Team Through Transformational Leadership in Clinical Research
Although leadership skills can and should be cultivated over time, all too often it is assumed that someone will be a good leader just because they excelled in their previous position.
This webinar challenged attendees to self-reflect on their own leadership practices and how those might have been in need of transformation. Whether they were aspiring leaders, new supervisors, or seasoned managers in clinical research, they came away from the webinar with valuable knowledge for their virtual leadership toolkit that would help promote transformational leadership practices for their own sake and for the benefit of their teams.
