ACRP Partners with ScienceMedia to Bring Disease-Specific Training to Clinical Research Sites

Partnership Eases Site Burden with a One-Stop Shop for Foundational and Deep Medical Training

Alexandria, VA: The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), the trusted global authority for training clinical research professionals, announced today a strategic partnership with ScienceMedia, a global SaaS clinical trial training solution provider.

With more than 16,500 members, ACRP’s non-profit mission is to promote excellence in clinical research and ensure that clinical research is performed ethically, responsibly, and professionally everywhere in the world.

The partnership will embed training from ScienceMedia’s online medical library of more than 400 multimedia eLearning courses into ACRP’s learning management system, uniting ACRP’s 200+ foundational training and continuing education resources for clinical research professionals with ScienceMedia’s training for diseases, treatments, patients’ journeys, and drug development fundamentals.

“Now, sites will have a one-stop shop for foundational regulatory training, professional continuing education, and disease-specific training,” said Susan Landis, ACRP Executive Director. “This partnership kicks off with ScienceMedia’s repository of general oncology and solid tumor courses and will expand to include other select ScienceMedia therapeutic area disease training based on the needs of our members and sites. Our goal is to increase operational efficiency for sites, studies, and sponsors by streamlining training through a single trusted source.”

“Our training partnership with ACRP is designed specifically to help sites and sponsors access the deep therapeutic training they need to quickly ramp up on trial protocols and to execute with excellence,” said Malachi Bierstein, Chief Commercial Officer of ScienceMedia. “By embedding our library of professionally mastered learning content into ACRP’s learning management platform, we can streamline training access and compliance while helping sites focus on delivering high-quality care.”

ScienceMedia training will be available to ACRP’s enterprise partners in January 2025. If your organization is interested in adding oncology-specific trainings to your ACRP Learning My Courses Dashboard, please contact Skyler Shore, Manager, ACRP Sales & Operations Support.
