The study aims to:
- Examine employer perceptions of professional credentials in clinical research hiring and advancement decisions.
- Examine clinical research professionals’ perceptions of the impact of credentials on their career development and advancement.
- Identify areas of alignment and gaps between employer expectations and CRP experiences related to credentialing.
By sharing your experience, you’ll contribute to more transparent and effective career pathways for clinical research professionals.
