The honor reflects a career dedicated to elevating clinical research.
David Vulcano, FACRP, Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP), has been selected as a 2026 Nashville Titan 100 honoree, an award recognizing the region’s most accomplished CEOs and C-level executives.
Award honorees are chosen for their exceptional leadership, strategic vision, passion, and lasting influence on their organizations, industries, and communities.
This year’s Titan 100 embodies the true diversity of Nashville’s business landscape in both the private and public sectors, representing hospital and healthcare, financial services, accounting, entertainment, food and beverage, and non-profit sectors, among others.
“Throughout my journey, I’ve been surrounded by various teams that shared my drive to make meaningful differences to our industry in order to make our data a little better, our participants a little better off, and our workdays a little easier,” says David Vulcano, FACRP. “If this award represents anything, it represents what we were able to accomplish together.”
Under Vulcano’s leadership, ACRP continues to advance excellence in clinical research through workforce development, community engagement, and initiatives that strengthen the quality and integrity of clinical trials worldwide.
“Nashville’s Titan 100 are redefining business with vision and purpose, setting new standards for growth, innovation, and impact. These trailblazing leaders inspire transformation across industries, uplift communities, and drive meaningful change. We proudly celebrate their legacy of excellence and unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter future for all,” says Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO.
The Titan 100 is a national program in 12 markets across the country that recognizes the top 100 CEOs and C-level executives in a region. The Titan 100 will be recognized at an annual awards ceremony in November, published in the Titan 100 book, and profiled online. Titans must be nominated and selected annually, with the pinnacle achievement of being recognized as an elite Hall of Fame honoree in their third year.
