How will my team’s access change?
Learners accessing courses through your organization’s ACRP portal will continue to do so.
Some organizational learners who previously went to a landing page offering two different links will now be able to go directly into the single system. Messaging available on the previous landing pages will be accommodated on a new organizational home page.
Will passwords for team members be the same?
No. Your team members will be required to set a new password to access the new learning environment. To help guide your teams, ACRP will send you an email with a temporary password and instructions for how your team members create new login credentials for the environment.
What if my team members have not finished courses?
Please alert your teams that they need to complete any courses that they have started, but haven’t yet completed, by November 30, 2022. Completion of this coursework is needed to ensure course progress and completion data is transitioned in a timely manner to your new learning environment.
Where do my team members’ certificates go?
Copies of course completion certificates will be exported and housed on ACRP servers. If you need copies of certificates, please contact Kandace Mirzadeh, ACRP’s Senior Client Relations Specialist.
Will organizational administrators continue to get reports?
Yes. The new learning environment offers regular reports with expanded analytics to guide next steps in your team’s professional development journey.
Who do administrators and their team members contact for help?
ACRP will provide direct support for both administrators and team members. Please contact Kandace Mirzadeh, ACRP’s Senior Client Relations Specialist.
