Clinical Trial Agreement Negotiation – Everything Your Lawyers Want You to Know – Part II

Are you interested to learn more about clinical trial agreements and what clinical trial attorneys would love you to know?

Date: January 15, 2025
Time: 12:00 – 12:45 PM ET

In this, three-part series of live webinars we will provide an opportunity for attendees to hear from clinical trial attorneys as they share the critical pieces of a clinical trial agreement and how to mitigate risk. Presenting attorneys will cover critical legal issues that should be addressed in each clinical trial agreement and will offer suggested language for tricky provisions. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the requirements of both sponsors and sites and participate in a discussion about how to meet the needs of all parties in the contract.

Upon completion of this continuing education program, participants should be able to:

  • Understand the essential elements of a clinical trial agreement.
  • Gain an understanding of differing sponsor and site objectives in contracting.
  • Offer alternative negotiated language to meet the needs of both parties.
