The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) releases its initial findings from the first-ever workforce survey on the state of the clinical research enterprise. More than 735 clinical research professionals cited improved data quality, a growing role for technology providers, and the fulfilling nature of this career, while highlighting continued inefficiencies.
The workforce cuts at the federal agencies charged with guarding the public’s health are unsettling and worrisome. Our hearts and minds turn to our members and those in the broader clinical research community who are bearing the brunt of layoffs, elimination of research funding, and cancellation of programs that work to improve representation in clinical trial participation. We worry about the patients and families who may be left without hope.
The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) is pleased to announce the 2025 recipients of its Access for Students to Clinical Research Training (ASCRT) Scholarship program, now in its second round of awarding $5,000 scholarships to students from underrepresented groups who are enrolled in a community college, four-year college, or master’s-level program in clinical research.
The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) is proud to announce the launch of its 2025 Clinical Trials Day campaign, Powered by Purpose.
ACRP will incorporate the updated ICH Guideline for Good Clinical Practice E6(R3) into all ACRP Certification examinations within the next two years, based on its final adoption date of January 6, 2025.
